It might have been raining but that certainly did stop everyone having a laugh at Gemma and Phil’s wedding – St John’s Church in Edinburgh then afterwards at their reception at The Balmoral Hotel I’ve featured some of Compose Photography’s work before on LMW – it was the beautiful wedding of Nes and Dash in Islington, London… I asked the duo (Susannah & Huma) to keep me posted on any other weddings so thanks ladies for remembering me, and also to Gemma the lovely bride who emailed me all the details on the wedding. Real Life Easter Wedding * Hannah and Stephen, Halifax

I can’t remember how, but I came across wedding photographer Sam Clayton a while ago and loved her work so asked if I could feature her on LMW. This is the first of two beautiful weddings that she sent me – Hannah & Stephen’s wedding on Easter Saturday, 3rd April 2010. I’m always happy when I get fabulous photos in my inbox such as these from Lucy Davenport. Its the way that she photographs those special touches so beautifully that make me smile (and makes me want to include every one of her photos in this post). The style, decor and flowers at a wedding are the photos that I love to look at as these are things that give me inspiration.
