Why create Little Miss Wedding? Well, when I was planning my wedding in 2008, I wanted to throw a party and be part of a wedding service that was a break from the norm. I searched the web and most of the UK for something a little bit different – and I have to say it was a struggle. Could I find a venue that could take at least 180 people (there aren’t very many!), where we could bring our own champagne (and not get charged corkage) and where we could party the night away until 2 AM? Its these sort of little gems that are hidden away, the ones that maybe don’t advertise on the high street or in the glossy cheesy wedding mags, that we’re going to uncover. Not only that, its about inspiring brides to be creative, to include their friends and family and offering alternative good value ideas that can help make your day special.

We’re in the process of setting up a wedding directory where we will review all the top wedding suppliers from cake bakers, venues to make up artists, a wedding planner for our users and getting real life brides to show us what they did on their special day.
